Due to independant breeders not being able to access the certified seed potato program due to the extraordinarily high cost which cuts out anyone except industrial breeders with corporate power and money behind them, I am not allowed to post tubers for growing outside of Victoria. I can send ware potatoes for tasting to other states but they must not be grown.
